Overview:
Return & Exchange Policy
At Bakkah Clothing, all sales are generally final. We maintain a no return and no exchange policy on all products, especially for body care and health-related items, due to the nature of these products and hygiene considerations.
However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis if approved in advance by a member of our team.
To be considered for an exception, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
- The item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging)
- The item must not be a body care or health-related product
If your request is approved and meets the above conditions, we will first offer an exchange. A return may be considered only if an exchange is not possible.
To request an exception, please contact us at bakkahclothing1@gmail.com or call 973-677-1615. Please include your order details and reason for the request. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If a return or exchange is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If your exchange request is approved, we will either provide you with the same product, subject to availability, or issue a store credit equal to the original purchase amount. Please note that this store credit must be used on the same day it is issued and cannot be deferred for future use.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
